The Problem
When we first began work with IMEG Corp., they approached us with what they deemed an “impossible” project. They needed to fully redesign all operating rooms’ HVAC systems above a hard-lid ceiling, with zero interruption during operating hours. On average, an operating room generates roughly $7M per year, so shutting down would have been not only difficult, but a massive cost implication.
The Solution
Our team devised a plan to navigate through access panels by removing light fixtures that our team removed to original spec condition. Within a matter of hours, we gathered the necessary information to equip IMEG Corp’s team in the successful execution of their project. All without interrupting the operating room’s schedule.
