The Problem

LAX, the world’s third busiest airport, came to ZELUS as they approached the project of fully renovating a portion of their active airport. Equipped with inaccurate structural renderings, they needed to accomplish massive change while keeping the airport active and the public safe.

The Solution

Our team created an accurate 3D model derived from point cloud, equipping stakeholders with a dimensionally accurate reflection of existing conditions. The model was utilized for advance clash detection and off-site prefabrication.
